SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERPrimary Function:Ability to run multiple projects, supervise a site staff if required, train Project Assistant. Develop new business opportunities. Typical Duties:
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:Four-year college degree or equivalent. Must be a business-oriented person. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Computer literate, especially in company estimating program and spreadsheet program. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be committed to working in a team atmosphere. Minimum ten years experience, with proven track record. Reports to Division Manager. Makes decisions and recommendations which can greatly affect profitability of assigned area. PROJECT ENGINEER/COORDINATORPrimary Function:Assist the project manager in the overall administrative and technical direction of one or more projects. Under the direction of the project manager, this position may have responsibility for specific aspects of project management, i.e. subcontracts, CHR's change order pricing, takeoff, document control, billing and submittal review/coordination This is a full-time position in training for Project Manager. Responsibilities will increase based on performance, until Project Manager status is achieved Typical Duties:
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:Four-year college degree or equivalent combining technical training and/or related construction experience. Good knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods required. Must be able to estimate. Computer literate, especially in estimating programs and spreadsheet programs. Must be committed to working in a team atmosphere. Strong verbal and written communications skills. |
